February 6, 2010, Canada's National Ballet School hosted its annual signature fundraising gala. The theme was Fête d'Or or "gold celebration" in keeping with the momentous occasion of its 50th anniversary year. As the traditional gift on a 50th anniversary is gold, a golden evening of festivities marked this milestone in NBS' history.
